Sean is primarily a corporate and commercial lawyer with Restall & Restall LLP, focused on helping businesses navigate transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters with confidence. Since joining the firm in 2015 as an articling student, Sean has developed a strong practice in business law, estate planning and administration, real estate, and condominium law.

With a keen eye for detail and a practical approach, Sean assists business owners with structuring and negotiating transactions, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. He also works closely with condominium corporations, providing guidance on governance, bylaws, and operational matters.

In addition to business matters, Sean supports individuals and families with estate planning and administration; helping them secure their legacies with well-structured wills, trusts, and probate assistance.Known for clear communication and strong client relationships, Sean is committed to delivering strategic legal advice that aligns with clients’ goals and long-term success.
